Hi all,
I am new to JEDI. Would like to implement JEDI-SOCA for OM4 MOM6 configuration. I could install the Jedi-bundle using a container image and run the one 3dvar assimilation cycle on OM4 with the help of GitHub - travissluka/soca-tutorial: temporary testbed for a soca tutorial, before it gets absorbed into the correct JEDI repos later.
However, I would need a longer dataset (T/S, sst, adt) in the IODA format for exploring the MOM6-SOCA system. Is there a repository with sample datasets for the JEDI system?
Any leads will be very helpful.
