Which JEDI package would be beneficial for my specific job?

I am totally new to JEDI. I am planning to use JEDI framework to assimilate the satellite observations of atmospheric trace gases with the chemical transport model using 3DVAR DA method. I found that there different packages of JEDI available like JEDI-SKYLAB 5.0, JEDI-MPAS 1.0.0. Which JEDI packages would be most convenient for my work?

I suggest starting with JEDI-SkyLab, building the Spack libraries (loading them if you are on one of the supported HPCs), building jedi-bundle (or fv3-bundle), and running ctests.
