I am working on the Unified Workflow project to create tools that help configure and run JEDI components that are relevant to RRFS. These could be for preparing observations or other input data, preparing the analysis, or running the forward operator.
If you have any scripts (bash, python, sbatch scripts, etc.) that help you run any of the JEDI/FV3 or even MPAS, would you be willing to share them and/or the run directories where you are experimenting? This would be a huge help in understanding what must be done to prepare and run any of the JEDI executables so that we can make drivers for them.
