Singularity environment for building fv3-jedi with geos

Would it be possible to share a singularity environment under which the FV3-JEDI can be built with GEOS for nonlinear forecast runs?

We’ve been thinking about doing that but GEOS is not very portable at the moment so it’s not something that is available currently. There’s some effort at GMAO to rectify this so will keep you posted if/when it becomes available.

Do you happen to have any recommendations of regridding tools for generating restart (initial condition) files for GEOS. The ICs for GEOS seem to be a bit different from those for FV3-solo or GFS.
