Is there anyone has a successful test case of assimilation surface obs with JEDI?
If so, I would appreciate sharing your raml and obs input files for me to test.
In my test case, I got an error, which I do not understand why geopotential_height is needed for surface obs assimilation:
neededVars remaining after Vader::changeVar: 10 variables: eastward_wind, northward_wind, geopotential_height, surface_temperature, surface_geopotential_height, surface_roughness_length, land_area_fraction, wind_reduction_factor_at_10m, height, surface_altitude
Field_fail: Field geopotential_height cannot be obtained from input fields.
0: Field_fail: Field geopotential_height cannot be obtained from input fields.
1: Field_fail: Field geopotential_height cannot be obtained from input fields.
