as a beginner here ,I wonder is there any difference of coefficients
between the same instrument onboard different satellites? e.g. MWRI on the FY-3C &FY-3B?

Yes, there are.

Once you clone the crtm repository and download the coefficients you can check for available instruments in the $CRTM_ROOT/fix/TauCoeff/ and SpcCoeff/ folders. Instrument coefficients come in SpcCoeff and TauCoeff pairs.

Yes.

There may be slight differences between instruments on different satellites because of manufacturing variances, different launch conditions etc. .
For the CRTM this manifests itself in different spectral response functions and antenna corrections between instruments.
